Can you explain why a fight thread remains for a substantial duration when it is targeted towards a specific poster and yet a much less aggressive thread gets moved when it is targeted towards another?

What is your criteria?

also, why does a thread last for hours and then when it shifts direction, it conveniently gets moved?

also, to satisfy the masses, can you out me as a ghost? I'm daring you.

Well I didn't see the Cruise thread until now... it will be moved.

If I thought you were a Ghost and was causing trouble, no need to Out you... you would just get Banned.

as far as My criteria goes ... If I believe it doesn't belong in the Offshore Forum, it goes in the dumper with the rest of the garbage, like we have done for years

It's up to the Mod that is on Duty or whoever sees it first. some get out of hand, and others don't... some times we will let it go to see where it winds up

It was actually merged into the first thread, because like even Zit said, there was No reason to start a New thread to ask that question.

Define argumentative Threads ? Like a Trump vs. Hillary thread ?

Outright Bashing Threads are not allowed in the Offshore Forum, that's what we have a Rubber Room for. This has been the norm for years and not a new rule
If it gets way out of line, then the poster in question could be placed on Post review or Ban

Trolling is another way to get placed on post review or banned here.
That's a person that's only here for one reason, to Bash another Poster continually.

I dont start start trouble any more than some of the others. I will admit, while less frequent, with much more of a punch.

That is why people like chop cower and that seems to be catching on.

The question you did not answer is why some, more aggressive threads by nature, are allowed to hang much longer than my solicitation for an opinion thread. Like days longer if not constant.

Now, eventually threads may get banned but it is a much longer duration when certain individuals are the subject as opposed to others.

Lastly, why is it so difficult to type all of a suddenly? I don't know what post review is but is this what it is?

I have no need for a No Comment ... unlike most posters ... ( reasons being they just don't travel much ) I Don't hide behind a computer. I've met over 200+ posters on here. Anyone that has met me will tell you that I'm Almost an Open book.

The reason why some threads are left up longer is Some Mods are not sure if they should be moved or not. ( this is probably an 80% reason )
Has nothing to do with How starts them.

Sure there is a little less response when it comes to a vet Poster, and most of those poster don't even report the post or even ask for it to be moved.
Within all the Mods, you can say that I am the one that will move, Delete, Ban a poster Quicker than the others.
Not like the old days of wilheim , who had a very heavy hand when it came to those things. But I feel some content isn't good for The RX.

Also to tell you the truth, I'm not even on duty ... I just happened to see the "Fireworks" start and Moved those threads.

So the Honest answer is, some Mods don't really want to be the guy moving or deleting a Thread. ( maybe a little Gun shy )
and there's also times when a Mod might not see the thread. It gets pushed down onto the next page and forgotten about.

I use a Perfect example ... there's a poster here ( Everfresh ) has been a pain in the ass for years here. He has probably 300+ Ghost user names
He gets banned every time. But it's usually me that bans him. Even though the Mods know he is a Automatic Ban when he signs up.
and i will at times let him post about 2-maybe 10 times before I Ban him.

Bottom line is, I could have been sleeping ... you post would have stayed until late morning, and then moved.

Not sure if I'm Dancing or Writing too much ... but the above is True

We all know it's kind of in " Joke Mode " there has never been a REAL fight among posters, even at the RX bashes.
There has been a many of Forum Fights... but once they meet, it's like a bunch of long lost friends.

I still don't get how a fight thread lingers for days and a character challenge thread gets moved right away. Certainly over the course of days, mods have switched shifts, etc...so your logic doesn't satisfy.
